Who we are

Cozy Home LLC is a California-registered limited liability company that owns and operates a small portfolio of short-term vacation rental properties. We focus on a hands-on, host-led model: every home is prepared the way we'd want it for our own family, and every booking is supported by a real person.

What we do

We provide short, well-cared-for stays in residential vacation properties. Bookings are accepted directly through this site and through partner platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo). Day-to-day operations — turnovers, maintenance, building access, vendor coordination — are handled by a network of professional service providers we engage on written agreements.

How we communicate

  • With guests — through the booking platform's messaging system (this site, Airbnb, Vrbo) or by email.
  • With service providers and operational partners — by SMS to our toll-free number (833) 348-2450, only after written, dedicated, separately-initialed SMS consent. See the SMS Terms and the opt-in form.

About our toll-free number (833) 348-2450: it's used solely to coordinate with our service providers and operational partners (cleaners, maintenance contractors, property managers, co-hosts, building owners, building management, and HOA contacts). Vacation-rental guests do not receive SMS from this number — guest communication happens through the booking platforms or by email.
