The exact language every recipient initials before getting SMS from Cozy Home LLC
This page shows the exact SMS text messaging consent language that every service provider, cleaner, maintenance contractor, property manager, co-host, building-management contact, and other operational partner of Cozy Home LLC must read, initial, and sign before receiving any text messages from Cozy Home LLC's toll-free number.
This SMS consent is captured as a separate, dedicated section of our written agreements — it is not bundled with acceptance of general terms, the privacy policy, or the overall agreement signature.
How recipients opt in
Every recipient of text messages from Cozy Home LLC must take two distinct actions to opt in:
- Initial the SMS consent box in the form below (separate from any other signature on the agreement).
- Provide their mobile phone number on the line below the consent language.
Without a completed initial and a written mobile phone number in this dedicated section, no SMS messages are sent to that recipient. Recipients who decline SMS (by leaving the initial line blank) may still engage Cozy Home LLC for services; we will communicate with them by phone call or email instead.

SMS Text Messaging Consent
This SMS consent is separate from, and in addition to, my signature on the Agreement below. Initialing here is a standalone affirmative consent to receive SMS text messages.
By initialing below and writing my mobile phone number on the line provided, I expressly agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS) from Cozy Home LLC at that mobile phone number. I understand that these SMS messages may be sent using an automated system. The text messages I will receive from Cozy Home LLC will include:
- Turnover scheduling (cleaning and maintenance windows between guest stays)
- Job assignments (specific cleanings, repairs, or property visits)
- Property access information (door codes and access instructions)
- Maintenance and issue reports
- Coordination, confirmations, and scheduling changes
- Building and common-area operational matters (for building-management and HOA contacts)
Message frequency varies based on my role and workload. Message and data rates may apply per my mobile carrier's plan. I may reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out of all further messages, and I may reply HELP for help. I may also contact Cozy Home LLC at support@staycozyhome.com or (808) 280-0423.
Cozy Home LLC does not sell, share, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. The full SMS terms are available at https://staycozyhome.com/sms-consent.html.
This SMS consent is optional. It is not a condition of entering into this Agreement or of receiving any services from Cozy Home LLC. I may decline SMS consent by leaving the initial line and mobile phone number blank, and Cozy Home LLC will communicate with me by phone call or email instead.

Reviewer note: The above form is embedded in every written service, contractor, property-management, co-host, and vendor-intake agreement that Cozy Home LLC enters into with any party who will receive SMS messages from our toll-free number. Signed copies are retained on file for each recipient and can be produced on request. This consent block is presented as a separate, clearly-identified section of the overall agreement, with its own initial line, so that SMS consent is never bundled with the signature for other provisions.
What you will receive after opting in
Once you initial and provide your mobile phone number, Cozy Home LLC will send operational text messages to your mobile phone from our toll-free number. Example messages include:
Cozy Home LLC: Turnover at 123 Pine St on Sat 4/18, checkout 11am, next check-in 4pm. Door code 4821. Please confirm. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply.
Cozy Home LLC: New door code for 789 Palm Dr is 6302 effective today. Please use this for your next turnover. Reply HELP, STOP to opt out.
