Cozy Home LLC operates a portfolio of 10 short-term vacation rental properties in residential and small multi-family buildings. Each property is managed under the same operational standards: a vetted local cleaning team, a maintenance contractor on call, written agreements with every service provider, and clearly published guest expectations.

Single-family homes

Stand-alone houses suitable for families and small groups. Private entries, full kitchens, off-street parking.

Condo & building units

Units within multi-family buildings where we coordinate with building management and HOA contacts on access and common-area logistics.

Long-stay friendly

A subset of homes set up for week-plus stays — full kitchens, dedicated workspace, in-unit laundry.

For privacy and security of property owners and ongoing guests, individual addresses are not listed publicly. Specific property details are shared with confirmed guests after booking and with vetted service providers under signed agreements.

How we operate

Day-to-day operations are handled by a network of service providers and operational partners that we engage on written agreements. Each agreement includes a dedicated, separately-initialed SMS consent block before the recipient receives any text messages from our toll-free operations line.

Operational roles we coordinate with

  • Cleaners and cleaning companies performing turnovers between guest stays.
  • Maintenance contractors handling repairs, deliveries, and on-site issues.
  • Property managers and co-hosts who help with check-ins, on-the-ground decisions, and inventory.
  • Building owners, building management, and HOA representatives at properties located in multi-family buildings.
  • Other vendors — e.g., locksmiths, pest control, supply restock — engaged as needed.
