Minutes from CO's best ski resorts overlooking a beautiful lake with mountain vistas, you will find this remodeled and ultra-cozy mountain boho retreat. Kick back, relax, enjoy awesome amenities such as a fireplace, patio heater, brand-new TVs, dedicated workstations, blazing-fast wifi, travel essentials, paddle boards, mountain bikes and more. It sleeps a total of 6 people with 1 king and 1 queen bed plus a queen sofa sleeper. Conveniently located near hiking/biking trails, shopping, and more!

The space

Inside the unit, there are two bedrooms. The primary has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom next to it. There is also a queen pull out couch in the living room.

The neighborhood

Minutes from Dillon Bay marina, which has plenty of lake activities. A hop, skip, and jump from the cities of Dillon and Silverthorne, and all of their restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. A quick drive to world-renowned ski resorts such as Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and more.

Getting around

Guests can access hiking and biking trails near the unit. Guests may use 1 garage space (Space 301C) and 1 guest space in any of the spaces in front of the building.

Access

Guests may use the assigned garage space (301C) as well as 1 unassigned parking space and the community amenities, which include a heated pool. (Note: the community hot tub is currently out of service for maintenance through early November 2026.)

A note from us

A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable. The sliding glass door can autolock when closed. If locked out on the balcony, you can use a key found in the balcony storage closet to unlock the sliding glass door.

*On March 30, 2026, Highline Roofing will start a roof replacement project on the four residential buildings. This project will replace both the shingled and the flat, rubberized portions of the roof. Please be aware that this is an ongoing 6 week project. The workers could be onsite daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during this project. *Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time. *To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.

*Please note that the community hot tub is currently out of service for maintenance and is not expected to be back in service until early November 2026. The heated pool remains fully available for your enjoyment during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
